Conclusion and overview for our New Wind Turbine from independent scientists.
Developed this wind power (air turbine) for generation power using wind energy is turbine with a vertical axis of rotor. Compared with the turbine having a horizontal axis of rotor this type turbine has the following advantages:
1. When work does not create vibrations that are harmful to the environment and the livelihoods of living organisms (birds, domestic and wild animals).
2. The rotor design allows you to produce installations of large size which significantly increases power of turbine without significant structural complications.
3. Rotor blades designs do not require special aerodynamic profiling and allows developing automatic control systems of blades curvature depending on their azimuthal position and wind speed.
4. Together with possibility to build of large side constructions this type of wind turbine allows to realize structure, having the turbine inlet so-called “intensifier of wind”. This device increases the flow velocity at turbine inlet in comparison with the wind velocity.
5. Rotor blade can be produced by two supporting structure scheme. It offloads the blade during operation and simplifies production of large blade.
6. Significantly lower requirements for materials used in blade.
7. Since a turbine rotor runs in closed housing, it is possible to turn main flow of air for secondary working channel. This turn significantly increase the efficiency of turbine.
8. Does not require the manufacture and installation high match (supports) for mounting the turbines.
